Sigma7 ScalpGold
A gold (XAUUSD) scalper on resting stop orders at recent price extremes. Every filled trade has a hard stop, a take profit and a tight trailing stop. No grid, no martingale, no averaging, and no external indicator or outside connection.
What I built
- Trades gold (XAUUSD) on MetaTrader 5, written in MQL5.
- Reads the recent highs and lows of the gold chart and rests one buy stop above and one sell stop below, refreshed once per bar.
- Every filled trade gets a hard stop and a take profit from the start.
- The stop moves to break-even once the trade is in profit, and a tight trailing stop, fixed or ATR-based, follows the best price. A typical trade lasts only a few minutes.
- Every position is sized on its own hard stop. No grid, no martingale and no averaging down.
- Fully self-contained: it needs no external indicator and no outside connection.
- Spread filter, UTC session window and an optional news filter built on MetaTrader's economic calendar.
- Reads its resting orders and positions back from the account after a restart, so a restart does not lose or duplicate a trade.
- Its trades can be followed on a public MQL5 signal.
- Published and sold on the MQL5 Market.
